RE: Turn Key system
I am considering a start-up project, operating a Reverse Osmosis Water Purification bottling plant, and will use PET plastic bottles as containers. I am researching the costs of equipment. I am also interested in equipment to automatically fill water into the bottles, and then immediately capping and sealing the water bottles to maintain quality and purity. I would be interested in a labeling machine to produce and wrap a logo label around each water bottle. (perhaps some software to produce or modify the labels 鈥渙n the fly鈥?. A shrink-wrap process to securely pack one dozen water bottles at a time is required. Lastly, I would require the water bottles to be stamped or heat imprinted with a production run code / daily date stamp, somewhere in the production process before shrink-wrapping as a 12 pack.
Please send me a detailed price list, product data sheets, payment terms, as well as a reference list of any customers you may care to share with me, having similar requirements as mine.
Please feel free to recommend any additional equipment, products or machinery to complete this turnkey project.
The equipment will be operating in Egypt and will require 220 volts to operate.
